Dr. Shane (Xuan) Yao is a highly experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine physician and licensed acupuncturist in Texas with over 23 years of clinical experience.
Education & Work Experience
He received his Ph.D. in Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, one of the most respected institutions for Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Dr. Yao worked for 18 years at major teaching hospitals in Beijing, including Beijing Tongren Hospital and Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Yao combines traditional acupuncture with modern medical understanding to provide personalized treatment for each patient.
